Kelly Chervin (’13) graduated from WFU with a double major in sociology and communications. Ever since taking the life-changing course “Race, Class and Gender in a Color Blind Society” she knew I wanted to pursue teaching immediately after graduation. She is currently following her passion for education, racial equality, and social change as a Teach for America volunteer in New Orleans.
